I just realized I have a backlog of papercrafts I haven’t posted here yet! So here we go!
I had the pleasure of contributing this papercraft to the Faecrate Hangover Recovery Kit in celebration for the release of We Free The Stars by @hafsahfaizal! Meagan was kind enough to let me choose a scene from We Hunt the Flame for the piece, and I couldn’t help but capture the wintery wilds of the
Arz, where Zafira and Sukkar first meet the mysterious Silver Witch!
This
scene was our first impression of our main character and her homeland,
and it was painted in my mind with vivid imagery - the silvers and
crimson against the snow. Recurring motifs of arrow heads and fletchings
in the trees, six (five) trees of heart, pay homage to our huntress and
the stories of Six Sisters of Old. ✨🧡
Such a fun piece! And so
sad to leave this duology so soon. 😩 The hangover recovery box had
such a BEAUTIFUL set of artwork to send it off with! But so much more to
look forward to with Hafsah’s next installment set in the same world as
the Sands of Arawiya, A Tempest of Tea! 😫✨🧡 Can’t waaaait!
i feel like being a dragon type trainer would be the pokemon universe equivalent of being a horse girl because the whole thing would just be so complicated and expensive. there’s just no way someone with a dragonite or a salamence is ever going to shut up about having a dragonite or a salamence. something about owning a huge beast
